All decals and patches are to be supplied by sponsor with approval of rider.  Sponsor also to provide camera-ready color and black and white logo artwork.

Design & paint both of the Yamaha R6's to company specifications**  Display and paint race transporter to company specifications**  Primary header ("Company Name" Racing) when racing either of the two motorcycles.  Design and display sponsor as ("Company Name" Racing) on the pit area canopy**
Mention of sponsor as ("Company Name" Racing) at all events and in all  press releases.  Sponsors factory logo will be posted on O'Hara Racing's web page with a direct link to sponsor's web page.  Hand out literature* at all events.
